Snow Day

A couple of weeks ago... maybe it was last week... I can't keep up with days/weeks anymore... anyway it snowed at our house. The boys had a blast playing in the snow but were sad when the snow turned to rain and it all melted rather quickly.

MJ Turns 7!

I should begin this post by saying I failed in taking pictures of this birthday for MJ. 

We had a family game night theme party and the games we played were outside. 

We played balloon stomp (everyone ties a balloon around their ankle and then you have to stomp other balloons but keep yours from getting popped), Twister and Giant Jenga (one of the perks of living at a Young Life camp, life size Jenga). As I said before I should have pictures of all of these games but I don't... because I was playing the games too. :)

Christmas 2013

This Christmas was a quiet one, but we had a lot of fun! 

I love how Christmas has transformed as I have gotten older from material gifts, to gifts of laughter and memories. God is so good in how He has blessed us and Christmas just amplifies His love for us. 

Here are a few pictures from our unseasonably warm Christmas.

but a vast improvement on last year.

we just haven't had any snow to play in yet.

They currently have a record of counting how many times the
car goes around before it falls or stops.

Then we went to Nana and Pops.

The boys also had fun playing with some Christmas stickers from Davis BBQ.
