We live in the middle of nowhere in Northern California... but in the middle of nowhere there are some beautiful places. Over the 4th of July holiday we went to Little Grass Valley lake it is about 30 minutes north of our house. It reminded me a lot of Lake Tahoe. We packed a picnic and the boys thew tons of rocks in the water. We had a great afternoon.
