It's the Small Things

Well I know it has been a while… too long since my last post… we have been on a trip to Georgia and then sick since we have been home. I think most of us are finally on the mend, poor little Grant has been hit the worst.

Our trip home was a good time, we were able to see friends and family and spend quality time with people we love. I can't say thank you enough to everyone that took us in or came to see us. Our time with you is cherished every year and brings us comfort when we get homesick.

We had a great time with Micah's dad, shopped for things we can't find in California (like Georgia hats and cowboy boots we like) spent quality time with cousins, had a week in Jasper where we spent our days with friends that are just like family, people from far away came to see us and showered us with gifts (if you can call Tennessee apparel a gift) and then we made our way to Alabama to visit our friends that we made in California and we picked up where we left off. We ate lots yummy food, drank  sweet tea and most importantly made lots of memories.

While we were gone the boys fell in love with Home again and didn't want to leave. MJ has said that we could mail him back at any time. Lane cut her bottom two teeth and began to really crawl… I think the challenge of crawling on wood floors really helped.
